Adam has a long history of working with youth in various capacities. His enthusiasm was ignited while serving as an assistant Boy Scout Master for several years. From there he worked at a waterfowl conservation camp working with about 400 youth each summer.
In 2008 Adam made the journey to Utah to begin a career working with youth in a therapeutic atmosphere. He has over 5 years of experience working with youth directly as a field instructor and several more years working in support and management roles.
Currently, Adam serves as a shift lead which places him in the crucial role of communicating and providing support between the main office and field operations. He works with both clients and field instructors to provide training while managing the day to day needs of the remote wilderness field of operations.
Adam spends his days off with his wife and 2 children. It is not surprising that their favorite family activity is camping and being outdoors.
